1) One Legal Manager (Min 2-3 yrs experience)

Academically the candidate should have either of the following combinations:-

a) Inter CS & LLB (Salary 3-4 lakhs)
b) Only LLB (Salary 3-3.50 lakhs)
c) Only CS (Salary 4-4.50 lakhs)

  • Should be smart and young
  • Should have good negotiatoin skills
  • Should have good communication and drafting skills
  • Should have done secretarial work

2) One Taxation Manager (Min 3 years experience)

  • Academic Discipline- CA, post qualification experinece of 3 yrs.
  • Should capable of tackling all Income Tax, wealth tax , VAT queries from various departments independently
  • Should know filling on monthly VAT returns & quartely FBT & TDS Returns.
  • Should have very good with written submissions and case law findings.
  • Should have had hands on experience in tax practise with a CA firm
  • Should be capable of communicating & delegating & have skills of a team leader.
  • Very important- should have handled income tax matters independently, prepared all the relevant submissions, and represented the company in the income tax department for scrutinies etc

Salary :- 4-4.50 lakhs
