Ushdev International Ltd.(UIL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore namely, UIL (Singapore) Pte Ltd on 2nd September, 2009. The company is into trading of ferrous and non ferrous metals. The company has commenced its business operations from end August 2010 to carry out ferrous and non ferrous trading activities in various countries like Philippines, Malaysia, india, Indonesia, Brazil, UK, UAE etc. Thus it facilitates expanding the overall business operations of the UIL group outside India also. Geographically, it also helps to be closer to the suppliers and customers and get access to newer markets.

The parent company UIL has already infused projected share capital of USD 12 Mns as on date and the company has achieved the sales of USD 59.03 Mns for FY 2010-11 in a short span of 6 months.

ii) UIL Hong Kong Ltd.

UIL Hong Kong Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong by its parent company Ushdev International Ltd. (UIL) on 12th November 2009. The company is into trading of ferrous and non ferrous metals. The company has started its business operations from end October 2010. This wholly owned subsidiary is set up to cater to the markets like Vietnam, Thailand, China, Canada, USA, India etc. Thus it facilitates expanding the overall business operations of the UIL group outside India also. Geographically, it also helps to be closer to the suppliers and customers and get access to newer markets.

As on date, the company has received the share capital from its parent company of USD 4 Mns out of projected share capital of USD 12 Mns. The company has achieved the sales of USD 95 Mns for FY 2010-11 in a short span of 5 months.
